Capital B Company Overview

Capital B (Euronext Paris: ALTBG), operating as The Blockchain Group, is a Paris-listed French Bitcoin treasury and blockchain-technology company headquartered in Boulogne-Billancourt. Capital B has emerged as one of the most active European corporate Bitcoin accumulators, raising over €278 million in 2025 (€127 million equity, €151 million BTC convertibles), accumulating approximately 2,800 BTC (up from 40 at the start of the year), and tokenising its existing shares as CALCPB notes on Bitcoin's Liquid sidechain. The company recently raised an additional €1.1 million via warrants subscribed by Adam Back and continues to expand its Bitcoin-aligned capital structure as the cornerstone of its strategy.
