(NASDAQ: LMFA) is a specialty finance and Bitcoin mining company headquartered in Tampa, Florida, that has built a multisite vertically integrated Bitcoin mining platform totaling 26 MW across two wholly-owned U.S. sites. The company doubled its Bitcoin treasury during 2025 to approximately 356 BTC, with energized hashrate reaching 0.79 EH/s by March 2026 (record). LM Funding launched an immersion mining program with BC40 Elite immersion units and expanded into Mississippi via acquisition adding 7.5 MW. The company also continues its core specialty finance business, funding nonprofit community associations through purchase of delinquent assessment receivables across Florida, Washington, Colorado, and Illinois.
