Northern Data AG Company Overview

Northern Data AG (XETRA: NB2) is a German-headquartered, publicly traded high-performance computing and digital infrastructure company operating Taiga Cloud (Europe's largest generative AI platform), Ardent Data Center, and Peak Mining segments. Northern Data has built up to 300 MW of vertically integrated capacity across Europe and the U.S. with over 22,000 NVIDIA GPUs (including H100 and H200), and is one of the few selected by NVIDIA for sovereign Grace Blackwell-based AI cloud infrastructure. In November 2025, Northern Data entered a business combination agreement with Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM), Rumble's exchange offer at 2.0281 Class A shares per Northern Data share has secured all regulatory approvals as of May 2026.
