Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) is an enterprise software and cloud-services company headquartered in Austin, Texas, providing cloud applications, the Oracle Database platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Q3 FY2026 total revenue grew 22% YoY to $17.2 billion, with cloud revenue +44% to $8.9 billion (IaaS +84% USD) and Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) at a record $553 billion (+325% YoY). Oracle announced plans to raise $45-50 billion of equity and debt financing in calendar 2026 to fund cloud infrastructure expansion, and recently raised $30 billion via bonds and preferred stock. The company is one of a small number of hyperscale-grade AI cloud capacity providers worldwide alongside Fusion Cloud applications and NetSuite.
