Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST) is an integrated retail electricity and power-generation company headquartered in Irving, Texas, operating Retail, Texas, East, West, Sunset, and Asset Closure segments. 2025 was a record transformational year, adjusted EBITDA reached approximately $5.9 billion, adjusted free cash flow before growth was $3.6 billion, and the company expects to generate over $10 billion of cash through 2027. Vistra owns approximately 38,700 MW of generation including the Comanche Peak nuclear plant, recently completed the Lotus Infrastructure acquisition, and priced a $4 billion senior notes offering. Vistra is one of the most strategically positioned independent power producers serving rapidly growing AI data center load in ERCOT and PJM.
