Business Description
ASIC Jungle, a Montreal, Canada-based bitcoin mining hardware broker and marketplace founded in 2020, operates a brokerage desk, peer-to-peer trading platform, hosting placement service, and editorial publication serving institutional and individual miners across North America and globally.
The primary service is an institutional ASIC procurement desk where each client is assigned a dedicated account executive available 24/7 to source and close hardware transactions. ASIC Jungle processes orders from 500 to 15,000 units at a time, targeting mining operations that require bulk purchases beyond retail spot markets. The stated pricing approach centers on volume over margins, with acquisition cost treated as a direct driver of mining profitability.
ASIC Jungle launched its peer-to-peer hardware marketplace in beta in October 2020. CoinTelegraph covered the launch, describing it as the first platform of its kind enabling secondary-market ASIC trades without reliance on Telegram-based OTC channels. Since then, ASIC Jungle has facilitated the sale of more than 175,000 ASIC units to a customer base exceeding 1,700 accounts. ASIC Jungle was co-founded by CEO Artem Bespaloff, CTO Dragomir Dobrev, and CFO Charles Wissa, who collectively bring 25 years of combined experience in bitcoin and mining infrastructure. ASIC Jungle is bootstrapped with no external funding on record.
For miners without their own data center capacity, ASIC Jungle operates a hosting placement service that, per company claims, draws on thousands of megawatts of available power across its client and partner network. ASIC Jungle does not own or operate facilities directly, functioning as an intermediary between miners and capacity holders alongside named broker peers Compass Mining, Blockware, Minerset, and Sunnyside.
ASIC Magazine, ASIC Jungle's owned editorial property, publishes technical analysis and market commentary on bitcoin mining infrastructure. Articles have addressed hardware developments, regulatory trends, BRC-20 token mechanics, AWS's partnership with Avalanche, and U.S. state-level mining legislation, including Missouri's Right to Mine bill, which passed 12, 0 in committee.
CEO Bespaloff appeared as a panelist at the AIM Summit Dubai in 2023 for a session titled "Post Halving Strategies, Capturing the Upside in Bitcoin," sharing the stage with Hut 8 CEO Jaime Leverton and Bitfarms President L. Geoffrey Morphy. In 2024, ASIC Jungle co-hosted a side event with the Texas Blockchain Council and ASIC Master in Houston during the Digital Wildcatters Empower: Energizing Bitcoin conference. In December 2021, ASIC Jungle purchased a virtual estate in Decentraland, describing it as the first flagship storefront for a crypto mining firm in the metaverse, with plans for an interactive mining museum.
With more than five years of operation and 175,000-plus units transacted, ASIC Jungle targets continued expansion of its institutional brokerage volume and hosting partner network.
