Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR), a Singapore-headquartered company established by Jihan Wu as a spin-off from Bitmain in January 2021, operates Bitcoin mining infrastructure, proprietary ASIC hardware manufacturing, and artificial intelligence datacenter services across facilities in six countries.
Bitdeer maintains data centers in the United States (Tennessee, Texas, and Washington state), Canada (Alberta), Norway, Bhutan, and Ethiopia, with a combined operational power capacity of 1,658 MW and a total development pipeline of approximately 3,003 MW. According to BitcoinMiningStock.io data as of March 31, 2026, Bitdeer's operating hashrate stands at 69.50 EH/s against an installed base of 78.10 EH/s. Bitcoin production in Q1 2026 totaled 661 BTC in March, 705 BTC in February, and 668 BTC in January. Enterprise value stood at $3.85 billion as of May 8, 2026.
Bitdeer's hardware division designs and manufactures ASICs under the SEALMINER brand. On April 7, 2026, Bitdeer launched the SEALMINER A4 series of Bitcoin mining rigs (the A4 Pro Air, A4 Pro Hydro, and A4 Ultra Hydro), each powered by Bitdeer's proprietary SEAL04 chip. The A4 Ultra Hydro achieves a power efficiency of 9.45 J/TH with a peak hashrate of 886 TH/s; the A4 Pro Hydro delivers 680 TH/s while drawing 7,412W. Alongside self-mining, Bitdeer offers cloud hash rate subscriptions for Bitcoin mining and a one-stop hosting service covering miner procurement, transport logistics, datacenter deployment, and daily machine management.
Bitdeer has expanded into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing through its Bitdeer.AI neo cloud platform, which reached an AI cloud ARR of $8 million in September 2025. Offerings include turnkey datacenter solutions built around NVIDIA GB200 NVL72, B200, H200, and H100 accelerators. Bitdeer secured a 2 MW AI datacenter lease in Malaysia to host eight GB200 systems, with plans to expand that footprint by a further 10, 15 MW. Full-year 2025 revenue reached $620.3 million, up from $349.8 million in 2024, with net profit of $65.6 million. Q4 2025 revenue was $224.8 million, up 225.8% year over year.
Bitdeer went public on Nasdaq in April 2023 via a SPAC merger with Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp. at an implied equity value of $1.18 billion. Bitdeer has since raised more than $1.5 billion through multiple convertible note offerings, including a $375 million tranche at 4.875% due 2031 (June 2025) and a $325 million tranche at 5% due 2032. In May 2023, Bitdeer signed a partnership with Druk Holding & Investments (the commercial arm of the Royal Government of Bhutan) to operate a closed-end fund targeting up to $500 million for 100% carbon-free digital asset mining, with Bitdeer serving as general partner. Bitdeer joined the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes in June 2025, and has a Q1 2026 earnings call scheduled for May 14, 2026.
