OIA's service portfolio covers four segments: global logistics (air and ocean freight forwarding), 4PL supply chain orchestration, contract logistics (warehousing and distribution), and supply chain management encompassing packaging solutions and raw materials procurement. The 4PL offering runs on a cloud-based platform powered by Orkestra, which aggregates data from integrated partners and technology applications to deliver real-time shipment visibility and predictive disruption analytics. A proprietary companion tool, OIA Connect, allows customers to monitor supply chain progress and coordinate corrective action against schedule deviations. The freight forwarding arm draws on a vetted network of more than 3,000 carriers and logistics providers across air, ocean, and ground modes.

LDI Ltd. (Lacy Diversified Industries), an Indianapolis-based family office originally founded in 1912, owns majority control following its acquisition and recapitalization of OIA Global. CEO Jeffery Barrie, formerly CEO USA at DB Schenker, leads the organization alongside a regional managing director structure covering the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Chief Supply Chain Officer Todd Earls, appointed October 2025, oversees the packaging and raw materials management segment. General Counsel Chris Ashiotes previously held the equivalent role at Pilot Freight Services, where he supported more than 20 acquisitions before that company's 2022 sale to A.P. Moller, Maersk.

OIA executed four acquisitions between November 2024 and April 2026. In November 2024, OIA acquired BTi Logistics, an Australia-based freight forwarder and 3PL with more than 35 years of operations across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, and Singapore, alongside Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics, a New Zealand-based forwarder with over 40 years of specialization in aviation, healthcare, and industrial freight. In March 2026, OIA acquired About Freight Worldwide (AFW), a freight forwarding and customs clearance firm established in 2005 in Auckland, serving automotive, pharmaceutical, and consumer customers across Asia-Pacific. In April 2026, OIA acquired Cargo Services, Inc. (CSI), a freight forwarding and customs brokerage firm founded in 1992 in Indianapolis, extending its owned presence into the US Midwest's manufacturing and industrial corridor.

OIA holds IATA endorsement through Cargo Network Services (CNS) and has been a Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) member since 2019. Served verticals span automotive, electronics, healthcare, fashion, retail, energy, and industrial manufacturing.
