Business Description

Pro Mining Solutions (ProMS), a Bitcoin mining infrastructure developer and full-turnkey site-development contractor operating through promining.io, has engineered facilities across Sichuan, China and the U.S. states of Georgia and Texas since 2017.

The company's service scope covers the complete project lifecycle: site selection, detailed site design, equipment procurement through international supply channels, construction management, and equipment installation. ProMS reports a 3, 6 month average deployment period, applied across installations ranging from small containerized builds to multi-hundred-megawatt campuses.

Across 12 completed projects, ProMS has delivered approximately 1,000 MW of cumulative mining capacity: 700 MW from four Sichuan facilities built between January 2018 and May 2021, and 300 MW from eight U.S. installations initiated from January 2022. The China portfolio included the flagship Project CH (300 MW, single 220 kV substation, 18 facilities, 75 transformers, 107,000 ASIC slots), Project JK (150 MW, two 13.8 kV substations, 42 transformers, 68,000 slots), Project HJP (120 MW, one 110 kV/150 MVA substation, 30 transformers, 42,800 slots), and Project YA (100 MW, 35 kV substation, 35,700 slots). All four Sichuan sites were wound down ahead of China's mid-2021 Bitcoin mining prohibition.

The U.S. portfolio spans six Georgia sites and two Texas sites. Documented projects include GA1 (10 MW, 17 containers, 2,880 slots, completed March 2022), GA3 (40 MW, 80 containers, the largest single U.S. deployment), and GA6 (12 MW, 20 containers), alongside three additional 10 MW Georgia installations. Project Saddleback in Texas (35 MW, 30 containers, 15 transformers, 10,500 ASIC slots) was completed in August 2022, five months after groundbreaking. ProMS maintains at least one Site Manager based in Monahans, Texas, consistent with active West Texas operations.

Alongside its EPC contracting business, Pro Mining Solutions manufactures the PETA Air line of air-cooled modular mining enclosures, sold in three tiers: Air 500/1000, Air 500/1000 Plus, and Air 500/1000 Max. Standard specifications include an ABB TSH600A UL/CSA-rated main breaker, NXB-C63 UL-listed PDUs with 12 C19 outlets per rack, 150,000, 300,000 CFM evaporative cooling fans, and double-layered evaporative cooling pads. Upper-tier configurations add smart PDUs, insulation roofing, rain shelters, remote fan and pump controls, and integrated temperature and humidity monitoring. All key electrical components carry UL certification; units are configurable to NEC Code requirements for U.S. operators.

PETA Air's thermal design draws directly from the company's cross-climate deployment record (Sichuan's humid mountain environment, Georgia's high ambient humidity, and the intense summer heat of West Texas), conditions that drove iterative refinement of the cooling architecture across multiple project generations. ProMS continues to pursue site-development mandates and modular enclosure sales as North American operators expand Bitcoin mining infrastructure capacity.
