All three facilities draw power from Krasnoyarsk Krai's hydroelectric grid, the same river cascade that supplies surplus low-cost electricity to several of Siberia's largest mining corridors. Unlike operators that lease space within third-party buildings, Stella owns its infrastructure outright, as the company states in both its commercial materials and regulatory filings. The sites operate as closed, access-controlled facilities with armed security and continuous uninterruptible power supply systems. Stella provides 24/7 technical monitoring, hardware repair, device logistics, and full-service installation for hosted clients.

Clients contract under formal Russian-law agreements, with payment accepted via bank wire or cryptocurrency. Rates begin at approximately $0.052 per kilowatt-hour, consistent with competing Krasnoyarsk-region operators. The minimum placement threshold is approximately 10 devices per client. More than 40 MW of the 130 MW installed base is currently occupied, with equipment belonging to operators from Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Spain, and the United States. Total devices under management across all three sites exceed 36,000.

Stella holds a notable regulatory position within Russia's hosting market. The company is identified as the first mining infrastructure operator officially registered in Russia's Federal Tax Service registry of mining infrastructure, a compliance mechanism introduced to formalize operator status and standardize energy-use reporting sector-wide. Stella has cleared all Rostekhnadzor inspections, the federal technical supervisory authority covering energy and industrial facilities, and holds active membership in the Russian Industrial Mining Association.

The company has operated since 2018, with offices in Krasnoyarsk city and Moscow in addition to its data center footprint in the Krai. Stella funds charitable programs in communities proximate to its facilities, including the Angarskaya Nadezhda foundation in Kodinsk and the Lyubimy Gorod foundation in Sosnovoborsk, two Krasnoyarsk Krai towns where the company maintains a presence. The Kodinsk site sits near the Boguchany hydroelectric station on the Angara River, one of the primary anchors of the region's low-cost industrial power supply.

At 130 MW of installed capacity across three wholly-owned sites, Stella competes in a Krasnoyarsk hosting market that includes operators with up to 250 MW of facility capacity. Its Federal Tax Service registry status, Rostekhnadzor clearance, and industry association membership position it as one of the more formally credentialed hash-rate service providers in Russia as domestic regulatory scrutiny of mining operations continues to tighten.
