The company's primary facility anchors Vermillion Rise Mega Park, a 7,000-acre industrial park in West Central Indiana built on a former U.S. military installation. Terra Hosting invested $4, $5 million to stand up the Indiana site, which as of March 2026 runs more than 1,600 ASIC miners, including 1,200-plus units relocated from prior leased spaces in Kansas and Wyoming. The campus is served by 12kV and 69kV three-phase electrical service from Duke Energy, features on-site natural gas utility, wastewater treatment, and a seven-million-gallon reservoir, and sits atop a Wabash River aquifer with a permitted groundwater withdrawal capacity of 43.57 million gallons per day. Terra Hosting is deploying that infrastructure for high-density cooling as it builds out AI, HPC, and enterprise data services alongside its crypto mining colocation business.

A second facility in Melbourne, Florida, runs on the Lumen Technologies fiber backbone: roughly 400,000 route miles of network delivering sub-5ms latency for 97% of U.S. business demand and 450-plus Tbps of global IP capacity. Terra Hosting built that site to handle proof-of-useful-work (PoUW) and AI/ML data processing workloads.

Terra Hosting publishes tiered ASIC colocation rates: $0.0850/kWh for 1, 25 units, $0.0825/kWh for 26, 50 units, $0.0800/kWh for 51 or more, and $0.0750/kWh for 1 MW-plus contracts. GPU hosting rates run $0.11/kWh. A one-time $100 setup fee applies; monthly billing reflects actual metered consumption with maintenance, security, and RMA bundled at no additional cost. The company reports reducing per-client power costs by approximately 50% since its 2022 founding. Its contractual SLA guarantees 97% uptime (a figure Terra Hosting claims is the highest among U.S. mining hosting facilities), against an operational average it reports at 99%.

Leadership includes CEO Francisco Gomez, COO/CFO Michael Moffa (a Florida-licensed attorney who previously founded cryptocurrency hardware company GPU Risers in 2019), CMO Michael Zuccarelli, and co-founder Jarrett Julison, who has operated as a GPU miner since 2021. The company has launched a proprietary client portal with AI-assisted farm management, bill tracking, and a ticketing system, as well as a native iOS app for hashrate and account monitoring. With 8 MW of total stated capacity and the Vermillion Rise campus already operational at 1,600-plus machines, Terra Hosting's next announced phase targets AI infrastructure and HPC tenants at the Indiana site.
