ValueHash is a U.S. bitcoin mining colocation and ASIC equipment resale operator founded in 2017 and headquartered in Sherburne, New York, with hosting facilities spanning New York, Nebraska, and Kansas.
The company launched with a 3 MW flagship facility in Sherburne. Its Nebraska buildout began with a Power Purchase Agreement signed in 2023 for a 10 MW expansion in Beatrice; in 2024, ValueHash completed energization and buildout of that phase, then simultaneously executed a follow-on PPA covering an additional 30 MW at the Beatrice site, with construction targeted for Q4 2024. ValueHash's hash rate services operate on a colocation model: clients either ship existing ASIC hardware to a company facility or purchase units through the ValueHash online store, then pay a per-kilowatt-hour rate covering power, cooling, security, and network access. Electricity is priced at $0.06 to $0.075 per kWh depending on volume and commitment level, with a minimum contract term of one year. Per-unit setup fees range from $10 to $50 per miner. Power across the multi-state footprint is sourced from renewable generation including wind, solar, and hydroelectric resources.
Hosting is organized into four named tiers (Starter, Executive, Passive Pro, and Full Coin), scaling from individual retail deployments to institutional-capacity configurations. All tiers include on-site power provisioning, hardware cooling, network connectivity, and 24/7 monitoring, with clients accessing mining output through remote interfaces. The tiered structure accommodates first-time miners and experienced operators managing multi-unit fleets alike.
The equipment sales channel complements the colocation business. ValueHash's shop carries current-generation SHA-256 ASIC hardware, with confirmed inventory including the Bitmain Antminer S21 Hyd 335T (335 TH/s at 16 J/TH) and the Bitmain Antminer S21e XP Hyd 3U (860 TH/s at 13 J/TH), alongside units from MicroBT and Canaan. The company performs quality checks on each unit sold to verify rated hashrate and power draw before delivery or on-site installation.
