Business Description

AmityAge is a Bitcoin mining and education company registered in Honduras and headquartered within the Próspera special economic zone on Roatán Island, providing hash-rate services and education programming across two active mining sites in Paraguay and Ethiopia.

Founded by Slovak entrepreneurs Dušan Matuška (co-founder and CBO), Gabriel Kozák, and Marián Jančuška, AmityAge began operations in Slovakia's Orava region with roughly 100 machines and 0.5 MW of capacity before expanding to a Czech Republic facility at 1 MW. The company subsequently pivoted toward lower-cost, renewable-powered jurisdictions outside Europe, establishing positions in Paraguay and Ethiopia.

AmityAge's current mining footprint spans two principal sites. In Paraguay, the company operates a 5 MW facility with approximately 600 machines located near the Itaipu Dam and powered entirely by its hydroelectric output. In Ethiopia, AmityAge manages more than 2,200 machines at a repurposed textile factory with an 80 MW site capacity; the site runs Antspace HK3 containers connected via a purpose-built three-kilometer power line, with approximately 10 MW currently under management. Across both sites, the company owns roughly 25% of deployed capacity outright and manages the remainder under client hosting agreements.

Hash-rate services in Ethiopia are priced at an all-in $0.0595/kWh for orders of five or more machines, with no profit-sharing or secondary fees. AmityAge also sells hardware directly: the S21 XP (270 TH/s, $4,999), T21 (190 TH/s, $799), and A15 PRO (221 TH/s, $2,990), with pricing listed as of February 2026. The company markets a one-day setup-to-operation timeline at its Ethiopia data centers.

Three financial-services lines supplement the mining business. AmityXchange is an OTC desk offering personalized concierge conversion of USD or EUR to and from Bitcoin. Bitcoin-backed loans, structured in partnership with Firefish, provide clients 50, 70% of their Bitcoin's value in stablecoin at 5, 7% annual interest on two-to-three-year terms, with a $25,000 minimum loan size. The Virgin Coins service offers acquisition of freshly mined, chain-clean Bitcoin for long-term treasury holders.

AmityAge Academy, the company's education arm, operates the first dedicated Bitcoin education center in Honduras on Roatán. The center houses the island's sole non-KYC Bitcoin ATM, which allows zero-fee USD cash purchases and sales, and runs workshops for residents and visitors. The company's stated model uses mining proceeds to finance academy programming, linking Bitcoin mining revenue directly to Bitcoin education.

Active expansion targets include Finland, Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Perth, Australia, with Gibraltar under evaluation as a jurisdictional base for European operations.
