Headquartered at 575 South Glaspie Street in Oxford, Michigan, Dry Coolers engineers and assembles all cooling systems at a single facility where design, manufacturing, and customer support are co-located. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and carries UL, CSA, and CE product approvals, qualifying its equipment for industrial, data-center, and cryptocurrency mining environments across North America and international markets.

The core product portfolio spans four technology categories: air-cooled heat exchangers (AquaVent AVI, AVR, AVV EvapAssist™ Hybrid, AVD V-Bank, and FC-AVI Free Cooler variants, ranging from 21 kW to 100 kW per unit); evaporative cooling towers for fluid temperatures at 85°, 100°F; mechanical refrigeration chillers for process temperatures as low as 50°F; and OpenLOOP and CleanLOOP pump stations for circulating immersion or process fluid. The ExoShed outdoor mechanical enclosure consolidates pumps, heat exchangers, controls, and filtration in a compact outdoor package, preserving data-center floor space.

For bitcoin mining specifically, Dry Coolers has deployed air-cooled heat exchanger systems for single-phase liquid immersion cooling tanks using BitCool BC-888 dielectric coolant manufactured by Engineered Fluids. A documented Georgia installation served a cryptominer running 150+ ASIC miners, each dissipating roughly 1,300 watts for a combined 200 kW heat load; Dry Coolers supplied a four-fan AVI dry cooler with a 100 GPM pump rated for 35°C (95°F) ambient and fluid temperatures up to 65°C (149°F). A separate multi-megawatt mining expansion required modular pump solutions handling 1,500+ gallons per minute of BitCool fluid across multiple immersion tanks.

All systems ship as completely assembled, tested, and skid-mounted units, with SolidWorks-based 3D designs and STEP files provided after purchase order to support facility integration. Engineering deliverables include process flow diagrams, 3D layout drawings, and electrical schematics. On-site startup support typically runs one to three days, covering operation and maintenance training; a virtual site visit service handles remote troubleshooting. Dry Coolers maintains serial-number records for all manufactured equipment, enabling direct spare-parts support across the full installed base.

The company exhibited at Data Center World 2025 (April 14, 17) and is scheduled to exhibit at SC 2025 (November 16, 21, St. Louis). Annual revenue is approximately $11 million as of early 2026.
