Business Description

Silent MegaWatt, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Sharjah, UAE, designs and manufactures water-cooling hardware and containerized thermal-management infrastructure for industrial-scale ASIC cryptocurrency mining.

The company's flagship product is the Hydro Container SMW, a modular containerized liquid-cooling system capable of housing between 24 and 450 ASIC miners per unit depending on configuration, with corresponding power capacities from 150 kW to 2 MW. Miners fitted with custom coldplates mount inside the enclosure; a programmable logic controller continuously monitors coolant and ambient air temperatures and adjusts fans, pumps, and louvers in real time to stabilize ASIC chip temperatures. The system is rated for ambient operating conditions from -40°C to +40°C. An initial 196-miner, 1,400 kW unit was deployed in northern UAE, incorporating a purpose-built silent drycooler as the primary heat-rejection component. Silent MegaWatt has since commenced production of a 1.5 MW hydro container variant.

The company also produces a standalone Cooling Module: a paired mini-drycooler and pump unit with an automatic thermostabilization controller that modulates drycooler fan speed to maintain target coolant temperature. Published technical parameters indicate a pressure drop of 0.45 atm at a 9 l/min flow rate across three water blocks with manifolds, with per-miner temperature differentials of 21°C at 2.1 kW and 28°C at 3.1 kW per unit. Beyond hardware products, the firm provides full engineering calculation and design services for cooling systems of any configuration (water blocks, hydro cooling units, and cooling towers), serving operators constructing purpose-built hydro-cooled facilities and those retrofitting existing air-cooled hardware.

Silent MegaWatt's product compatibility spans four major ASIC hardware families: Avalon (Canaan), Bitmain Antminer, Innosilicon, and Whatsminer (MicroBT). The company has extended its MicroBT work beyond cooling hardware into firmware, completing development of overclocking firmware for the Bitmain S19 Pro+ Hydro and partnering with MicroBT on cooling systems and farm infrastructure for Whatsminer hydro miners. Silent MegaWatt also has a proprietary ASIC miner (the ASIC Miner SMW) on its product roadmap alongside a monitoring software platform, positioning it as a vertically integrated supplier across cooling hardware, firmware, mining hardware, and operations software.

Leonid Zhits founded Silent MegaWatt; the company operates with a reported headcount of four to ten employees across facilities in Sharjah (Al Dhaid Road, Block B) and Abu Dhabi (ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi Business Hub), with co-founder Eugene Batishchev based in Abu Dhabi.

With 1.5 MW containerized units now in production and Whatsminer hydro farm partnerships active, Silent MegaWatt is expanding its UAE manufacturing footprint at a time when the Gulf region is attracting growing volumes of large-scale Bitcoin mining capital.
