VolcMiner's initial market entry centered on the D1 series, a family of air-cooled Scrypt machines built for simultaneous merged mining of Dogecoin, Litecoin, and Bells. The D1 standard unit delivers up to 18.5 GH/s at approximately 3,725W, while the D1 Pro (released in June 2025) reaches 18 GH/s at 3,500W with an efficiency rating of 194 J/GH. Both air-cooled models weigh 20.8 kg, operate at 75 dB, and carry a 180-day manufacturer warranty. A compact home-mining variant, the D1 Mini Pre, produces 2.2 GH/s at 500W, operates at 40, 55 dB, and supports 200, 300V wide input voltage, a specification aimed at residential deployments where acoustic output and electrical compatibility matter. The D1 Hydro, released in April 2025, is VolcMiner's highest-output unit: 30.4 GH/s at 7,600W, cooled by a liquid loop that lowers thermal load and extends hardware lifespan relative to air-cooled alternatives. The D1 Hydro carries a 365-day manufacturer warranty, double the standard coverage on air-cooled models. The D3, a mid-tier air-cooled machine delivering 20 GH/s at 3,580W and 179 J/GH efficiency, has been available in sequential batches with shipments scheduled into January 2026.
VolcMiner attributes its efficiency figures to proprietary 4D chip-packaging technology and an on-chip memory computing architecture, which the company states reduces power consumption versus conventional Scrypt hardware. Post-sale support covers firmware and tool downloads, a troubleshooting FAQ portal, after-sale repair services, and a network of global service centers listed on the company's website.
Hardware distribution runs through an international reseller network. Confirmed authorized retailers include BT-Miners, CryptoMinerBros, MineShop.eu, Viperatech, ASIC Marketplace, and OneMiner.
