At Bitcoin Mining Institute our unique education model allows us to maintain a staff of ever growing 1099 contractors and employees. We manage trucking routes between sites to pick up miners for repairs and deliver miners back to duty. By reducing complicated repairs on-site we can reduce staffing needs allowing our teams to coordinate better on high demand sites whenever needed.
